Smart Housing Multan is an emerging yet promising residential project of M Zafar and Company, which is located in at Old Shuja Abad Road. The location of the project is ideal as it can easily be accessed from various important routes of the city. The NOC for Smart Housing Multan has been approved by the Multan Development Authority (MDA). According to its official approval document, its total land area is 224 Kanal.

The development work has been initiated and is going on at a quick speed. The residential plots of 5 Marla and 10 Marla are available for sale at reasonable rates. It will be the very first smart city in Multan that will meet the needs of its residents.
